Program–Miranda Ervin with the Burlington Royals
Ryan Keur, General Manager with the Burlington Royals introduced our guest speaker.
Miranda Ervin currently serves as the Assistant General Manager with the Burlington Royals. Miranda shared that family and sports have been the two passions in her life. She and her twin sister grew up near Charlotte. They both chose to attend college at NC State University due to the close proximity to their home town. While at NC State, Miranda started the schools first Varsity Softball Program. The softball team won their first ACC Championship just three short years after beginning the program! After graduating, she had the opportunity to spend 6 months in Italy and assisted several high schools in creating recreational programs.
After spending over six years coaching, Miranda decided that being near family was most important to her life and therefore accepted the position with the Burlington Royals. As Assistant General Manager, she has the opportunity to not only market and promote the Royals, but to also be an advocate for sports.
Miranda completed her program encouraging everyone to “Go into Spring knowing you can make someone’s life better.”
